Signed by Author(s). 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. book is tight with some soiling to page edges with foxing on the boards and soiling, book number 16, two lines of writing on first page with a couple of lines erased causing page to curl slightly, bumping and rubbing to boards and edges, some foxing on some pages, a couple of tiny slits along the front paste down hinge.
