DJ has tag removal mark (approx. one square inch in size), minor chipping, one 1/2 inch tear. 6.25" x 9.25", 226 pages, notes, index, very well illustrated. Stanley Knowles (1908-1997) was largely responsible for persuading the Canadian government to increase Old Age Security benefits, and for the introduction of the Canada Pension Plan.
