Sturdy, thick book, quality dark blue cloth, very bright gilt lettering and border at top front and spine, a color map of North, Central and South America from 1629 Amsterdam map, 460 lightly browned pages. Includes 4 fold-outs, one with a 2" tear to the first. Glossy illustrations as well. DJ beneath mylar, blue background with beautiful illustration of ship, a canoe with Native Americans, and horses on front, many reviews on back. Very Fine DJ/Near Very Fine book.
