Binding a bit rubbed & soiled, text lightly stained, toned & foxed, previous owner's bookplate & rubber stamp of a Dublin bookseller at front pastedown, otherwise good or better.
Originall published in 1852. As we learn from Wikipedia, The Squanders is "spoiled by the mass of political matter in" [it].
