Written by James Anthony Froude, an English historian, biographer, novelist, and editor of Fraser's Magazine, a general and literary journal published from 1830 to 1882. Bound by Mupie. Bound in half brown calf with marbled boards. Externally, smart with rubbing and light shelf wear to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Light spotting to the endpapers. Bound by Mupie. Very Good
