Vol. II published in 1957: 130 pages. 250 copies printed. Vol. III printed in 1958: 244 pages. 250 copies printed. Each hardcover binding has minor shelfwear, minor sunning to the spine, and no dustjacket. Each book is illustrated with numerous color and black-and-white plates. Vol. I with a prospectus/announcement affixed to the front endpaper. Vol. III with a loose prospectus/announcement. The texts are clean and unmarked. First editions..
