Original half dark blue morocco, blue cloth boards, gilt titling and raised bands to the spine, blue cloth slipcase. The book is in excellent condition; the slipcase is very good (lightly rubbed). Limited to 1500 copies (this is copy number 1035). ISBN 095115480X
