US: Indiana University Press, 1980. Hardcover. Very Good -. Dark red cloth over boards with gilt particulars and two bands to spine. Previous owner's inscription to first free endpaper; pages have foxing to first few pages and light scattered foxing to margins throughout; minimal underlining to pages 127 and 129 and mark to margin at pages 116 and 142. Text block is heavily foxed; endpapers lightly foxed. Boards are clean and bright; rubbing to top edge; bumping and rubbing to corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight, spine is cocked. Dust jacket is foxed particularly to edges and along spine with light creasing to edges, corners and ends of spine.
