Alfred A. Knopf, 1965. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 9x6x1. First edition stated from 1965, inscribed on front endpaper by someone named "Jack", presumably the author, but not certain. Dust jacket has considerable chipping along top edge, with toning. It has been wrapped to prevent further damage. Red cloth boards have some rubbing and fading at edges. Binding is good. Bookplate of former owner on front pastedown. Pages are clean and unmarked, with toning. 332 pages. LO
