About This Item
Advance Edition; A Fine book in a Very Good dust jacket. This is the advance edition, stamped on the front board and with a limitation page stating one of 750 copies, also with a laid in slip from the publisher promoting the book; this edition has a different jacket design than the first edition (that dust jacket is black); a scarce book, particularly in this condition. This copy is in Fine condition with no significant flaws to the book; housed in a very good crisp and bright dust jacket that shows one small closed tear to the bottom of the front panel, a chip out of the top of the back panel, and a couple of indiscernible tape repairs to the verso of the jacket. A unique item for the Stegner collector! Not remaindered, not price clipped (no price on the advance jacket), not ex-library; in a protective Mylar cover and will ship in a sturdy box.
