HC in original pebbled browncloth with title : "Receipts" brightly in gilt to spine. Shallow chipping and loss to cloth at spine ends and light rubbing and scraping to cloth at corner tips. Corners lightly bruised at tips; cloth scarpped bottom edge of rear board and with a small hole in the cloth over the rear hinge. Sound, clean copy. Recipes and instructions for concoctions, remedies, solvents, paints, feritilizers, cures, candies etc etc. Organized according to trades: Farmers, Druggists; Grocers, Manufacturers & Mechanicals. A large section of table at rear for use in engineering related trades. A prepper reference for sure. Decent copy G++ to VG- .
