(early Micklewright) & rear cover col. illust.advert. for Nestle's Milk (in the style of Attwell), col. illust. frontis., 16 stories by various authors illust. by b/w. drawings & 3 further early Micklewright col. illust. plates that, by their strong lines & bold use of colour (espec. in "Sheila to the Rescue"), foreshadow his later work on Edgar Rice Burroughs dustjackets, pages browning a little at edges but an unmarked & unusually bright copy with only a suggestion of wear at the corners & top, 158 pages, this is a heavy book which, together with protective wrapping, takes its weight above the 1kg. standard quoted rate for post & packing so extra shipping charges may be requested.
