Volume itself has dark blue cloth covers with sharp gilt lettering on the spine. 340 pages including a preface, an appreciation, an introduction, six chapters, six appendices, a bibliography and an index. This is a BRAND SPANKIN' NEW COPY, NEVER USED NOR READ. A clear archival quality Brodart cover protects the cover, which is easily removeable, if desired.
