San Francisco, CA: Chronicle Books, 2007 237pp. Tip tips are heavily rubbed. Tips are bumped. Boards have a slight bend. Top tip of text block is heavily bumped. Spine is slightly cocked. Top edge of front board has a widthwise slit. Top edge of board is bumped near the spine head. Edges of jacket have creases, tears, chipping and is missing small pieces. Jacket has light scuffs. Top edge of rear panel has a half-inch tear, illustrated outer of the jacket long horizontal creases around the tear, paper inner of the jacket has a long tear, peeling and rolling to the creases leading to the tear. . First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Minus/Fair Jacket.
