His ideas on marriage caused controversy [Teara, Encyclopedia of New Zealand]. -- Hardcover, ex-library copy with the vintage bookplate Alexandria, Pa., many library tape reinforcements, no entries on handwritten check-out card. Condition: fair in appearance (library reinforcements, cover soil). Pages, though many are taped, are clear and binding is tight.
