A fine copy; in an unclipped dust jacket with some wear to the extremities and some minor chipping to the upper spine. Described as his "most engaging novel," the plot of The Right to An Answer mirrors Anthony Burgess' own life. The first novel Burgess wrote after living in Asia, the story follows J.W. Denham, a businessman who has returned to England after working in Japan. Employing dark humor, Burgess explores the disillusionment of returning from exile in the story. . First Edition. Hard Cover.
