Revell, n.d., 1916. 12mo, pp. 114; frontispiece portrait, 4 facsimiles and another portrait; fine copy in original green cloth-backed blue paper-covered boards, and preserving the original printed dust jacket which is a little soiled and has small breaks at the spine extremities. Jacket notes this is a "second edition," but without any notice in the book itself. BAL 16714: "Contains numerous uncollected letters, some of which contain verse which appears only here."
