Bumping and fraying to corners/edges; a bit dirty; some slight fading to print on spine. Page edges a bit dirty. Front hinge cracked . Pages tight, but book does lay open. Pages clean/unmarked. 1067 pages. Slight browning to inside covers and end papers. In pencil on top of ffep "1st trade edition 1948." Also a line of numbers in pencil running along inside edge of ffep. Stated "First Regular Edition." Good to better condition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
