Natchez, Mississippi: Regina's Table Press, (2007). First edition, this inscribed & signed in ink by Ms. Charbineau at the ffep. Small folio (12.25" x 9.5"), 247 pages, illustrated throughout in color from photographs mostly by the author. Publisher's pale blue paper over boards lettered in gilt on the spine, in pictorial dust jacket.
Some rippling in the last 3 leaves (apparently a production flaw), otherwise fine in near fine price-clipped with slight edge wear.
"Regina's Table at Twin Oaks" celebrates the four seasons of Twin Oaks circa 1832 in historic Natchez on the Mississippi River. Chef Charboneau creates over 32 Seasonal Menus with recipes to interpret the Four Seasons of Twin Oaks through food.
