An interesting combination of cookbook and promotional publication all in one. This cookbook opens up with an introduction of the Boston Fish Market Corporation and the new (early 1900's) Wharf in South Boston, built - along with the history of the New England Fish Exchange which was formed in September, 1908. Included is advice on how to cook, measure, and care for the seafood you buy. Recipes cover EVERYTHING under the sun when it comes to seafood. Recipe for Tuna Fish Salad is written in pencil on front free end paper. Interior pages lightly toned, boards lightly soiled.
