About This Item
Chicago: M. A. Donohue & Company, 1932. Early reprint (ca. 1939) in very good condition with dustjacket. Color illustrated hardcover with black cloth spine, illustrated throughout in both color and in black and white, matching color dustjacket. The book has some very light edge rubbing, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages with a child's bookplate with a neatly printed name inside the front cover and a neatly handwritten gift notation dated 1939 at the top of the front free endpaper, no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket retains its brilliant color and has some rubbing to the extremities and a tiny surface scratch to the plain black spine, very tiny chips to corners and spine ends, effectively no paper loss.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
