Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean with clean blank endpapers - no names, writing or marks; top page edges are gilt. Beautiful color frontispiece illustration with clean printed tissue guard (Queen Mary's Psalter). Thoroughly illustrated. 317 pages with index. Clean dust jacket is not price clipped, has some shallow edge chipping, 4" closed diagonal tear on rear panel. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.
