London: Ward Lock, 1935. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK or Early Edition. Publisher's red boards with black lettering to the front board and spine with black border to the front board and publisher's logo to the bottom right-hand corner thereof. Boards exceptionally bright and clean. Some scattered foxing to the page block edges otherwise a VG+ copy in like price-clipped but otherwise complete dustwrapper with the number 667 to the spine which invariably signifies that this is likely to be an early reprint. . Superb period dustwrapper illustration by the noted "Abbey". Hubin-listed. Uncommon. Photographs/scans available upon request.
