Pages up through page 16 detached, some with old tape. Some pen underlinings. Hinges cracked and loose in a number of pages. Text block broken in more than one place with some loose pages. Cover almost completely detached from text block. Pages lightly browned, but very clear and legible. Reading copy. Contains minute suggestion of gathering of Friends every five years, minutes of 1892 conference, and complete stenographic record of the conference, its discussions and arguments, and the papers presented. Gives full picture of the public proceedings of the first gathering of Friends that became Five Years Meeting and then Friends United Meeting. . Poor. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1892.
