8vo. 17cm x 11cm. Title is A1, within rules, ink ownership Diodat Hoare his Book 1735. Collates complete as per ESTC [8],384,369-461,[11]pp. Text is very good, crisp and good margins throughout. Half leather (Victorian?), marbled boards, gilt lines to spine. Polhill was a non-conforming Puritan who held to a hypothetical universal redemption position. John Owen disagreed with him on this point but lauded most of his writings.
