London: Souvenir Press, 1980. Bound in the publishers black cloth with bold silver title lettering to spine. The 128 pages remain in excellent condition throughout with no marks or inscriptions and are squarely bound to spine. Full of colour and black and white illustrations, as well as photographs of every type of teddy bear imaginable to supplement the excellent text. Housed in the distinctive dustwrapper which has not been priceclipped and has one tiny nick to the front edge, otherwise remaining vivid and bright in near fine condition. A coffee table sized book, with everything that you need to know about the origins and history of the teddy bear and the worlds love affair with it.. First Edition. Fine/Near Fine. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
