(vi), 239, (3) pp. Publisher's green cloth, black lettered to the spine, dust jacket illustrated to the upper panel and with a contemporary circular Christmas greetings label to the spine (presumably obscuring the price), early ownership inscription to the head of the title page, pictorial endpapers. Frontispiece and three wood engraved illustrations. A little light edge wear to the jacket, the spine slightly tanned, very good overall. First published by A. & C. Black in 1932 without illustrations.
