Mesa; (1976): Norm's Publishing House. First Edition. Octavo. 84 pages. Signed by the author dated 4/28/1976. Illustrated with early black and white photographic images. One of the most interesting accounts of settling on the remote parts of the Mogolian Rim in the 1890's with bears, leopard and Apache who were all threats to the settlers. Pugh, II, 238 only notes a paper copy, Hardcover were limited to 300 copies and are scarce. Bound in beige cloth, pictorial paper pastedown depicting hunters, their dogs and a bear in a tree. A fine copy.
