Library pocket glue residue on inside front cover. Lib stamps on title page and bottom of last page. Cataloging numbers on black square at heel of spine.. Unknown Edition. Hardcover. Good/No DJ. Cloth Hard Cover. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 521 pp., twenty-one full page illustrations, covers a little loose and the surface of the covers mottled and some wear at the corners, some foxing on the endpapers and a few spots of foxing on a few pages otherwise book is in good condition for age - spine color very dark green w/ small gold text - antiquarian.

Heavier tanning to free endpapers. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown. Light scuffing to text-block edges. Binding is slightly shaky. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Light tanning to spine and edges. Book is slightly forward leaning.

Contains black and white illustrated frontispiece. Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Visible marking to some pages throughout, but text is not affected. Binding is slightly shaky, due to cracked front hinge, but all pages remain attached. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Light rubbing and scuffing overall, with visible marking to board edges.
