Behrens a foundation member of the German Werkbund in 1907 was an acclaimed architect, graphic and industrial designer also known for his "Brick Expressionism." Some of the leading names in European modernism worked for him, including Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier and Walter Gropius. Profusely illustrated with photographs and plans. Repairs along spine, nicks with slight loss at front cover spine and foot.
