Booklet size about 9" tall by 12" wide. Page of introductory text followed by mostly full page photos with a bit of descriptive text for each. 32 pages are devoted to the Falls and immediately surrounding features. The remaining pages show Buffalo scenes, Canadian side views, Hotels in the area, etc. Light to moderate general wear and soiling; tear at the spine bottom for 3".
