Boston: Small, Maynard And Company, 1918. First Printing, October 1918. HB. Green Cloth stamped in black with gilt lettering on front cover and spine, 12 mo, 277 pp., map endpapers. The author was an American journalist living in France during World War I, and published 4 volumes about the war, based on letters, mainly to Gertrude Stein. This volume covers the events from April 1917 to August 1918. Owner's name ffep only mark in book, binding tight. Covers clean. In a price-clipped dust jacket that show minor edge wear, chipping, one closed tear. Book condition VG+ in VG DJ.
