New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1918. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. First edition, first printing, in first issue blue cloth with gilt lettering and blind-stamped covers. In Very Good condition, with edge wear to cloth with rubbing at spine ends, bumping to corners and edge of upper board, scratch to cloth at rear. Pages show bumping, toning and a few smudges. A nice copy.
