About This Item
Paris: Aubert-Palace, 1949. Some very minor wrinkles; fine. Single leaf, approx. 11-3/4 X 4-3/4 in., folded twice to make a six-panel pocket-sized program, printed on both sides. Program, apparently from the initial run of Jean Grénillon's film with a screenplay by Jean Anouilh. Anouilh was initially meant to direct, but became ill and the project was turned over to Grénillon. It starred Suzy Delair and Paul Bernard, who are both depicted in portrait photos on the front and rear panels respectively. Inside are the production credits, synopsis, and descriptions of the principal characters.
