Any purchased item received by the buyer that is unwanted, because it is a different title than what was expected, or because the description of the item is inaccurate, may be returned to Encore Books & Records for a refund of the purchase price of the item. In this case, the buyer is expected to pay the cost of shipping the item, both from Encore Books & Records to the buyer, and from the buyer to Encore Books & Records. These shipping costs are an approximation only, based on the cost of shipping an average paperback to a single location within each listed country. The exact shipping costs will be provided to the buyer only when the buyer confirms the sale of the item.
