Cloth and dustjacket illustrated with colour photo and painting of Freya Stark, and vignette engravings by Reynolds Stone. 404pp. Two maps in the text. Letters from 1914 to 1980, many from her travels in the Middle east, but also from Italy, India and the USA. Very Good in Fine protected dustjacket. Tanned page edges and margins (type of paper) and some spotting to top page edges. Still a Nice copy.Photos available.
