Some rubbing and straining to the spine; front inner hinge neatly repaired; clean contents; 1/2-inch closed tear on the title page repaired. Clean contents. With some bearing on the American Revolution as Tickell, writing in the guise of English-woman Elizabeth O'Neill, compares the rights of women with those of Americans.
