About This Item
London: T Werner Laurie Ltd, 1928. Near Fine. pp312 A second impression of this well illustrated history of Old Derby Porcelain. The book has been rebound in a smart binding of blue leather with gilt decoration and lettering, raised bands, marbled end papers and a red silk bookmark. The book has a faint musty smell and edges are lightly foxed but otherwise a clean copy complete with colour frontispiece and tissue guard. This book comes from the collection of Yorkshire bookbinder and bibliophile Martin E Thorpe, some related ephemera laid in. Near Fine 1928
