About This Item
S.L. [Paris]: S.n., 1771. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine. Octavo. An interesting little book by an unknown author, (possibly Paul Ulric Dubuisson, b. 1746 Laval, d. March 1794 Paris by execution). Rebound into quarter maroon leather and marbled boards, 5 raised bands, gilt spine lettering, all edges gilt, pp. 100, title-page vignette, woodcut head and tail pieces with the name in the plate of Beugnet. Some tanning to page margins with light spotting and "thumbing", otherwise a near fine copy of a rare item.
