Title is signed and inscribed complete with addresses of the inscriptees throughout by 53 sailors in honor of "Dean" presumably a retiring sailor or officer.. Book is in near fine condition, crisp and clean with tight binding and sharp corners. Unclipped dust jacket remains generally fresh and bright with some loss staining and chipping. Historic reproductions throughout. 8vo 186 pp. Including index. .
