Faint spotting to fore edge of text block. Internals clean, no creasing, no underlining or highlighting. illustrated endpapers. The defects noted are relatively minor. This is a good, solid, clean volume by this eminent journalist, newspaperman, and radio correspondent. 654pages with index. 9.5 x6.25 inches. 1984, Little, Brown and Company, Boston and Toronto
