Board corners a little rubbed, spine darkened, title only just legible, spine tips a little dusty and rubbed. Interior has occasional small foxing, otherwise clean and unmarked. Stated 1st. A study of ways of providing "wholesome and proper housing for moderate income families." Nicely illustrated, including plans for model tenements. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 208 pages .
