James R. Osgood, 1872. Hardcover. Fair. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Darley, F.O.C.. Small, sturdy book, dark red cloth, a bright gilt illustration of boy sitting on overturned wheelbarrow looking at a frog on front, an ornate black border to front, raised lettering, dark purple color inside covers and adjacent end papers, all edges bright gilt, beveled edges, 186 glossy lightly browned pages, illustrations throughout, some full-page on heavier stock. Very slight surface wear to tips, bright gilt lettering on front, light wear to spine edges, three small stains on back. Near Good.
