New York: Random House, 1995. Later printing. Hardback. Good/good. Signed and inscribed by former Secretary of State, Colin Powell, on the front free-endpaper in black sharpie, "To Selma, Best wishes, Cl. L. Powell. Blue hardcover in dustjacket, 14th printing. A good copy but with bumping and chipping to the base of the spine cap, and sunning along the top edge of the boards. Red reminder dot to the bottom of the textblock, and text block edges with some soiling. The interior is clean and unmarked n a solid binding. Unclipped jacket is bright and attractive, but with matching shipps to the bottom of the spine panel and a bit of ruffling and browning to the top panel edges. Minor scuffing to the rear jacket panel. 643 pp., indexed, two black and white photo sections. Powell passed on in 2021. This is his autobiography from 1995, nicely signed.
