Good. 12mo, pp. xi, 178, a page of advertising at rear, original blue paper boards with black printing, marked and rubbed, small loss at top of spine, corners and edges bumped, interior with patchy toning to end papers, owner's name on half title, some foxing but largely clean, pages uncut thus dusty top edge, binding sound.
