Oates of Charleston, SC. First edition. The title-page lithograph pictures "Mill-Bank, Richmond County, Georgia," the farmhouse fenced off from a road, a pastoral stream in the foreground; the manuscript note identifies Mill-Bank as the "residence of Geo. A. Oates." Not in the De Renne Catalogue.
