Book Condition: Very good, clean blue boards, firm binding, faint foxing to front paste-down. Jacket Condition: Good, clean, bright, not faded, some edge rubbing with creasing and repaired tears, mostly to rear cover, now protected in removable sleeving. Comments: An excellent, detailed and comprehensive study of US 8th Army Air Force units, men and aircraft used during WW2 in operations carried out from mainly East Anglian airfields. Aircraft featured P-38, P-39, A-20, Spitfire, C-47, B-17, B-24, B-25, B-26.. 2nd Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. Illus. by John B Rabbets. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
