Includes a five-page table of contents and much praise On first front end paper: "To Francis Mineka--With Best Regards--Henry Alonzo Myers, Cornell University 2/24/48." DJ beneath mylar, red and light brown background with black and light brown lettering, DJ has very slight wear to front tips and spine edges, very tiny tear at top back tip. Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
