London, New York and Bombay: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1901. First Edition . Cloth Bound Boards. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 1901 First Edition. Size octavo, 438 pages including index, plus 32 page publisher's catalogue at rear. Tan cloth covered boards with gilt titles to the spine. Condition very good, corners and spine ends rubbed, previous owner's name to front end-paper and has written the dates Paget was born and died to the title page, end-papers toned offsetting from the tissue guard of the frontispiece onto the title page, frontis and tissue guard browned, other than this the contents are very clean throughout. With portraits and other illustrations.
