Small hardcover, 4.2 x 6.35 inches, has red cloth-covered boards with gold spine lettering and blind-stamped thistle illustration on front cover and spine. Black and white frontispiece portrait of the author has tissue guard. Works separately paginated: 268 + 124 +15 pages (epilogue to Inland Voyage). Edition name is at tail of spine. NOT ex-library. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with minor fraying at tips. Spine lightly sunned. Covers have light surface and edge wear. Pages clean and unmarked. Pages lightly and uniformly tanned but still supple. One page is dog-eared. No dust jacket. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
